Membership

I hereby submit my application for membership in the Fort Worth Flying Club. I understand that my Flying Member or Sim- Only Membership Initiation fee in the amount of $300 or $100 respectively, and my monthly membership dues in the amount of $75 or $25 as well as monthly Insurance assessment dues for flying members in the amount of $40 will be billed through the club's online flight management system. 

• I understand the Membership Initiation Fee is non-refundable should I withdraw from the club for any reason. 
• I understand should I choose to terminate my membership with FWFC, I must inform a club officer of my intent. 
• I understand that a valid credit/debit card is required to be set up on autopay and will incur a 3.5% service fee. ACH payments are also accepted and will incur no recurring service fee aside from the initial set up fee by the service provider. 
• I understand the Monthly membership dues will be collected on the 1st of the month through the club’s online flight management system. 
• I understand Aircraft/Simulator rental will be paid upon check-in at the completion of each flight through the club’s online flight management system. 
• I am hereby informed that all club approved flight instructors are not hired by or work for the club. Therefore, all scheduling and payments to an instructor shall be handled directly between the member and instructor. 
• I am hereby informed that I may automatically lose my flying privileges when I have a balance due on my account, or if a safety concern exists. 
• I am further informed that my membership may be automatically terminated if I have not paid membership dues for a three-month period. 
• I understand that it is my responsibility to return the aircraft(s) after the flight in the same or better condition as was at dispatch, and with the fuel tanks re-fueled to the proper level following club procedures for that aircraft. 
• I have read and understand the FWFC Rules and Operating Procedures as well as the FWFC Ground Ops procedures.  
• I agree to abide by the FWFC Rules and Operating Procedures as well as the FWFC Ground Ops procedures, and any resolutions of the Administrative Board while active as a member of the Club.
