Recent Highlights!

Over the past month, our club members have stayed busy, engaged, and inspired through a variety of exciting experiences.

To kick things off last month, a few of our members attended the Women in Aviation International Conference right here in the DFW area. The event brought together aviation enthusiasts and professionals from across the industry, giving our members the chance to network, hear from inspiring speakers, and learn more about the ever-evolving world of aviation. It was an incredible experience that left everyone feeling motivated and energized.

Then, our most recent club meeting included a special treat that made the morning even better. A huge thank you to Waffle Pops of Fort Worth for fueling us with a delicious start to the day—it was the perfect addition to a great meeting. We’re always grateful for opportunities like this because we love supporting our local community and uplifting small, family-owned businesses that make Fort Worth such a special place.

Continuing an exciting stretch of events, this past week a group of members visited the Fort Worth Air Traffic Control Tower for an inside tour. Seeing operations from a completely different perspective gave everyone a deeper appreciation for the skill and precision required in air traffic control. It was both eye-opening and inspiring to witness firsthand how everything comes together behind the scenes. A special shoutout to the FTW Tower team for being so welcoming and for taking the time to answer all of our questions!

Overall, it’s been an incredible month filled with learning, connection, and fun. We’re so excited to carry this momentum forward and see what’s ahead!
